will fwd sr belts work on rwd sr?

my alternator belt was tightened too tight by me...and is starting to wear out. just wanting to know asap please

pretty sure the sizes are different

put the alternator in the center position of it's travel and run a tape measure or string around where the belt would go..........call your parts store and tell them "hey I need a xx ripped belt that is xxx long" they will get you one.
