ecu and ignition relays wired wrong

Heya jason an anyone else that may be able to help we have a car here s13 with s13 sr20det swap ran fine with stock ecu but they swapped to Apexi power fc and it wont hold the memory Apexi says that the ECU an ignition relays are wired wrong and it keeps switcn wrong or sumthing none the less it wont hold memory ecu has no constant power they say. If u could help it would be great hope you can make heads or tales of what i was talkn bout lol

I guess it is too simple to just find out what wire/wires that the Apexi needs to have constant power on and simply wire those or jump those with a constant source and not just use the factory harness?

Was my idea to but they said the relays have to switch at same time so on an so on and it would cause the kids stand alone to fry.

How do the relays wire could it just be i need to swap a couple wires?

Screw it he ordered a entalpy tuned ECU . tried to talk him into a jwt but the wait was to long he said.
