Websense normally doesn't block based upon bandwidth, it blocks sites by site category (JGY would be blocked as a blog type or social networking type site) or by inclusive names in the URL. If you are able I would suggest using a proxy site which masks the URL you are going to, that is if proxy's aren't blocked as well. Try using this site here (http://www.guardster.com/subscription/proxy_free.php) and if you have access to it you can get to pretty much any site you wish without your network admins knowing exactly where you are going.

Good luck with the sale, hope it works out for you.

Yea, all the firewall sites are taken care of too, they're some real a-holes.

I've used a really good proxyserver in the past and haven't had a problem with downloading it ever, then you can do what ever.

Still no pics though *shakes fist*
