So got out of class today and headed to get some lunch. Pull up behind like '02-'03 mustang gt. well the GT is on the left side of the trunk and a huge GT-R symbol on the right side.....unfortunately by the time i got my phone out to take a picture of this horrific sight the light turned green and he drove away. but i thought to myself as i watched roll away, self....what would posses an idiot like that to have to kinds of "GT" on his Ford? one of which is a GT-R, a foriegn manufacturer symbol on one of the "Big 3" vehicles. then i realized he's just a poser and wishes he had nissan.

at first i had the same conclusion as you.. an idiot poser.. and everyone wishes they were in a nissan.. lol.. we are just lucky to be the ones in them

anyways.. Ford did make a 2000 Mustang Cobra-R.. only about 2500 of them were made.. ive seen the GT-R symbol on one of those where i live. then again.. there could be a bunch of idiots that wish they had a nissan.. lol

I've seen that sticker/emblem on a Mustang before.......the Nissan clone one. I've also seen it on Nissan Sentra's before too!

We have 2 local guys that give me the giggles. One guy drives a Caddy Caterra (sp?) with alot of stick on chrome, including the Buick Gills that have come back out. He also has reflective like stick on chrome strips on the bumpers. Car's always clean though

Then, we have a old man that lives on a road going to my home that has a bone stock Diesel Ford F250 with as much add on junk that you can buy from JC Whitney, including a hood emblem, but stock wheels. I don't think the thing has ever been off the road though. Our truck: http://www.jgy.cc/big_rig.htm is in the dirt all the time and we run 22.5 Alcoa 18wheeler wheels on it.

Both guys have vehicle pride though. I think that is what matters.

Alot of people that run the GT-r badge probably think the R stands for racing and don't even know that it is a Nissan clone badge. It's like.........how many people know that IROC is not just a camaro?

Don't hate, just giggle.

well the thing is, it's the new GT-R emblem. with the the GT over top the R. So he's put it on there recently, or atleast since the new GT-R has been released. and I don't mind the GT-R emblem on another Nissan, there is a guy that lives a couple neighborhoods over that has a sick G35 and it looks exactly like Japan's Skyline (which is not the same as the GT-R, of course). And he's sporting the GT-R emblem very well! and yea thats kinda funny about IROC, cuz except for those who actually watch racing probably do think it's just an old camaro. hilarious....
