RB25 Upgrade

I'm looking for a RB25 turbo upgrade where I will be able to retain the stock manifold. I would like it to be internally wastegated. It would also need to fit in my 1995 S14. Any suggestions? Thanks!

IMO i'd upgrade the turbo along with an aftermarket header. For the turbo it depends on where u want the power curve to start and what you're intending to do with the car. Drifting you would want something to spool fast and drag something that spools hard at top.
