They both have similar setups running about the same PSI of boost. Blue car has a slightly bigger turbo but the power numbers are relatively the same at the current.

I think my gearing, tire choice, weight of vehicle and of course person, and years of experience would make me win.

I think if you had 50 more HP............you would start winning. probably even if I had more HP..........you would probably still win..........ABOUT 350HP in a B13 is about as much power as you can use easily up until the top of 3rd.
