I have been interested in this for some time, and with the addition of the dyno, we have the opportunity to truly share some knowledge of this performance enhancer.
We will first use it on our turbo diesel tow truck.
We will do some before and after dyno pulls.
Although the functioning power producing properties of a diesel engine are different than a gas engine, the advantages of cooling the charge air and creating a densor charge are similar.
Most likely, we will be using an AEM unit that allows a boost level adjustment.
Besides the opportunity that this will allow us in the goal of increased performance in our tow vehicle, what I am most interested in, is the advancements this will show us are available for further enhancing total power and more reliable power in SR's and RB's.
water is free, NOS is not
