On page 15 of the Emanage operation manual it shows you how to assign maps to the dip switches. Programming of the maps you can assign begins on page 28. If you don't have a copy of the manual, HERE (http://www.greddy.com/upload/file/e-manage-ultima-operation-manual.pdf) is a link to it.

With your setup you should do a Haltech or something equivalent it will work so much better.
