Just wanted to say thanks to all the people at JGY for the service that they provide! Finally got around to ordering a few parts for my gti-r swap in the sentra, and have a few more to go-but the gentleman I spoke with today was very polite and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was talking about, and took care of it quickly. Didn't catch his name though...I was too excited about ordering stuff:)
Look forward to ordering more parts next week, and can't wait to see the clutch, etc... when it gets here so I can finally put my engine in!
Thanks,
Johnathon

It's awesome to hear feedback like this....makes you feel good to be in business.........
You should post up some pics of the ride when you get it finished.

Will do...it's in a million pieces right now! Have to call and order some more things either tomorrow or next week, just depends. I'm dealing with the wiring right now...which is my least favorite part, so it's taking me the longest!

are you going to try to attend our Dyno day at the end of July???

Yep, I should be bringing more than just the nissan...or something other than the nissan if things don't go as planned!
Ordered some minor things today, and it was great to get to talk to Jason (sorry I kept you on the phone so long!)..and it appears that we may be going a different route for the ecu, since the mcgyver way of building an obdII-obdI adapter may not go as smoothly as I thought...

Oh so Its not great when you talk to me on the phone???
im a little offended and personally disgusted by your flagrant enjoyment of talking to Jason.....
now being serious and all the JWT ecu will be 1000 times easier and you will enjoy it more

My apologies for offending you, I actually confused the two of you to start with...cause I suck at distinguishing voices sometimes! You all should hear from me again on Friday, if my wife let's me order more parts...
It's enjoyment to talk to any fellow Nissan nut...as I haven't found too many around here, let alone sentra enthusiasts unless it's B13.
I agree on the JWT ecu now. I laid out my se-r harness Sunday to make sure it all went where it was supposed to, and figure out which USDM sensors I needed. My intentions are to lay it out, then figure out what I need to extend to semi-hide it. I don't want a full wire-tuck, but I do want to clean up the engine bay quite a bit. It's a slow process for me because I am so picky..and even though the harness is fairly straightforward, I still have to go back and verify with wiring diagrams/colors/location etc...just because that's me.

Got my small parts week before last! Sorry you all haven't heard from me to order more stuff, but I picked up a running 95 se-r for 500 buxs to pull to pieces. Even though I already had a harness and whatnot, I'm going to use the one from the se-r, along with the power steering and a/c stuff. Plan on using the b14 tranny as well...so I picked up quite a bit for what I paid. If I thought it was worth it, I'd just swap the se-r..but it's in pretty bad cosmetic shape as well as the suspension.
Now...time to call and order a fuel pump, blow-off valve, and send the ecu to be taken care of! Talk to you all within a week or so!

You should post pictures of all the gobs of parts candy from JGY, and the gutted car too.

Sorry I've been away for awhile guys!! I'll take some and post them throughout the week...the car kinda got put by the wayside with me working overtime and whatnot.
Spent the weekend putting the trans in, and running the harness..tweaking some things to make all the mounts line up and whatnot. It's definetely not going to be ready for the weekend, but the vw will be running.
And the se-r is definetely gutted, yanked off the bumper support and bracketry behind that to fix where my brother-in-law had wrecked it!!
