1) ight so before i go junk yard huntin, has anybody heard of 350z seats in a 240? I wanna put them in my '92 cuz i plan to have a leather/suade interior, and i just love how comforable they are. I know that I prob. wouldn't beable to install the "power" parts of the seat cuz they more than likely won't fit at all, and a power seat is not that important to me. so does any know a kit thats out there or some minor fab work to fit the stock bottom rail of the 240 to the upper rail of a 350?
2) so clearly i love the 350z, is there any possibility of swapping out guages from a 350 to a 240? not the whole dash with the seperate rings but just guages. (pic attached)- ok, just take those 3 center guages out and just swap the stock ones. possible? or even worth it?

I have a 91 240sx and an 05 350z, and from looking at it, the manual plain-jane seats from the 350z look to be an easy fit as long as you can find the brackets to mount them. I didn't want to actually take my seat out and try to swap it, but if it's not a direct bolt on, it won't be far off. I have seen a lot of other nissan seats in 240's so I don't think the 350z would be any different.

sweet, well i know what i'm doing over spring break. and i look at 240 guage setup and i guess i would really onl be able to take the tachometer and speedometer if they could fit. I got this idea from a sweet S13 featured in the Jan '08 issue of modified mag. This setup is nice, but i think the 350 guages would look better and have that "modern tech in old fashion" kinda look.

Ight, I think I'm going to scratch the 350 guages for now and worry about them later. There is a guy on craigslist near my area who is parting out his old '95 240. would the cluster from a '95 fit and have the same wiring components to keep everything or would i have to get a diff wiring harness to do that swap? The main reason why I want to swap guages is because I hate having my speedo on the left and my tach on the right, it's drivin me nuts!
